Role Description
Our vision for Link is to become the global leader in deep data for life sciences. It helps pharma professionals to find the right people for, e.g., clinical trials, education programs, or advisory boards. This streamlined access helps to reduce the time-to-market of important drugs, conduct trials with the most relevant experts in the respective field, and spread information about new treatments to key people in the life science community.
We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of data operations that support our product development.
- Part of the Data Operations leadership team
- Responsible for a team of 5 Veevans and multiple hundred curators
- Lead an engaged and high-performing team
- Build personal connections with your team and hold them accountable
- Drive process improvements and skilled in data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on in analyzing data for decisions
- Shape operations based on understanding of product value
- Represent Data Operations in a cross-functional product team
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science

Qualifications
- Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years)
- Proven track record in process improvements
- Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Experience in life sciences (education or professional experience) - Nice to Have
- Experience in data product businesses - Nice to Have
- Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau) - Nice to Have
