[Hiring] Lead Data Analyst @DaVita Kidney Care

Role Description

The Lead Data Analyst’s primary objective is to partner with diverse teams from around the enterprise to produce analytical insights that support analytical products across a broad range of clinical initiatives.

• Develops and executes work plans to complete high complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation.
• Includes requirements gathering, designing and building ETL, designing UI, building and testing reports.
• Utilizes multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting.
• Provides clinical insights and data trends to support and inform a multitude of projects.
• Acts as a collaborative thought partner and works with stakeholders to understand key priorities that are driving business decisions.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for the data in their domains.
• Manages more junior analysts by providing guidance on their portfolio and supporting in their development, as needed.
• Supports administrative asks required of direct reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
