Role Description

The IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst role supports global transitions by leveraging technology, data analytics, and quality frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves managing data across multiple systems and promoting digital solutions to drive operational excellence.

• Designing quality control frameworks
• Leading data analysis and validation
• Automating processes with AI tools
• Driving digital adoption to improve client outcomes
• Reporting, process optimization, collaboration, and documentation of meetings and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IFM or procurement
• Skills in project management, data systems like SmartSheet and ServiceNow
• Analytical thinking and multitasking abilities
• Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) preferred
• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics (preferably in IFM, procurement, or transitions)
• Experience with CMMS and business systems (SmartSheet, Triana, ServiceNow, Yardi, Famis360, FEXA) strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills, including risk management, process mapping, and change management
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and deliver results on time
• Excellent Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Data Management, Visualization & Technology Literacy
• Familiarity with facilities management tools, data analysis, and automation
