[Hiring] Google Cloud Data Engineer @Fueled

Role Description

As a Data Engineer at Fueled, you will drive the technical vision for complex data pipelines, bridging the gap between marketing strategy and data architecture. You will translate ambitious analytics requirements into scalable, secure, and automated data workflows, leveraging your deep understanding of the Google Cloud Platform, ETL processes, and modern data modeling.

You will lead the implementation of end-to-end analytics frameworks – from initial data ingestion in GA4 to complex transformations in BigQuery, and ultimately to consumption in Looker. By managing cloud infrastructure, orchestrating data flows, and defining data models, your expertise will turn raw user behavior into robust, unified insights that power digital solutions and lifecycle marketing for global brands.

What you will do:

• Implement robust data ingestion strategies.
• Architect cloud storage and data pipelines.
• Drive data consumption and visualization.
• Orchestrate ETL and reverse ETL workflows.
• Enable lifecycle marketing and experimentation.

What you will achieve:

• Week 1: Seamlessly integrate with our project team to audit existing analytics setups and begin structuring foundational GA4 properties and GTM configurations.
• First Month: Successfully architect the core ingestion pipelines, connecting GA4 to BigQuery and configuring necessary IAM permissions.
• Month 6: Deliver a fully integrated, end-to-end data ecosystem that powers standardized global dashboards.

You will have introduced advanced SQL standards, data modeling best practices, and pipeline orchestration frameworks that fill critical technical gaps, leaving a lasting mark on how our agency handles data workflow.

Contractor Fee

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, projects, geographic location, and business needs.
