Role Description
This role involves analyzing social media data to generate insights that enhance client engagement and support marketing strategies.
- Analyze social media metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across a variety of social media platforms.
- Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven social media strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and analytics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of impactful social media campaigns informed by data insights.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
