[Hiring] Epic Clarity Data Analyst @TEKsystems

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clarity Data Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. This role will be heavily focused on SQL development, extracting and analyzing data from the Epic Clarity database, creating dashboards and visualizations, and delivering actionable insights to business and clinical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Epic Clarity, SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake, with a proven ability to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful reporting solutions. This individual will work closely with operational, clinical, and technical teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support organizational goals and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Clarity Certification
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query development, joins, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Epic Clarity databases
• Experience with Snowflake data platform
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

• Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard development
• Healthcare industry experience, preferably working with Epic data environments
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives
• Knowledge of healthcare operational, financial, or clinical reporting requirements
• Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and reporting platforms
