Role Description

This position serves as the specialist for data analysis and program evaluation for the Michigan Energy Assistance program (MEAP) and the MCL 460.11(2) low-income rate provision programs, with duties including:

• Overseeing and coordinating the data collection and reporting processes.
• Engaging in comparative analytics among energy assistance programs.
• Overseeing the development and ongoing implementation of an evaluation process for the MEAP Program grants and the MCL 460.11(2) program.
• Troubleshooting and resolving data reporting and data integrity issues.
• Leading committee work to inform data definitions, critical elements, and process flow.
• Consolidating, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and visualizing historical, geospatial, and inter-program data from various sources.
• Developing, writing, and providing reports.
• Working independently in decision making regarding data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the advanced (12) level.
