Role Description

Kendago is looking for a Remote Data Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in order and organization, with a keen attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization's data management and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The day-to-day in this role combines operational and analytical work around data and campaigns. As part of the role, you will:

  • Work closely with Campaign Managers.
  • Pull data from various systems.
  • Create daily and weekly Excel reports.
  • Perform data checks and cross-referencing within large datasets.
  • Ensure that the data is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented to support decision-making.
  • Present data to Campaign Managers and Team Leads in the Media Department.
  • Identify anomalies or gaps in the data.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, and data, pays strong attention to detail, stays organized and accurate, and can respond quickly to needs that come up in the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in data entry and data operations within the online marketing industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to leverage them to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field.

Requirements

  • Enter and maintain accurate data into our systems with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Organize and sort incoming data, ensuring it is categorized correctly for easy retrieval.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting, generating reports and summaries as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security policies.
