• Data Integrity & Deduplication: Identify and merge duplicate contacts, companies, and deals. Correct inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent records and associations.
• Views & Data Upkeep: Create and regularly update saved views, filters, and properties in HubSpot so teams can find what they need quickly.
• Imports & Exports: Prepare, clean, and import data from spreadsheets and outside sources. Pull and format exports for analysis and reporting.
• Data Standards: Help define and enforce naming conventions, required fields, and data entry standards across the CRM. Document processes so they're repeatable.
• Ongoing Audits: Run routine data health checks and flag gaps or trends that affect reporting accuracy or sales targeting.
• Cross-Team Support: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to understand data needs and turn requests into accurate lists and views.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a data management, CRM administration, sales operations, or RevOps role
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including lists, views, properties, imports, and deduplication
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleanup, and formatting)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage recurring maintenance alongside ad hoc requests
• Clear written communication, especially for documenting processes
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus
• HubSpot certifications are a plus

• Fully Remote
• Long-term engagement opportunity
