Role Description

• Engage with stakeholders:
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Technical Design & Architecture:
  • Translate requirements into robust technical designs and data architectures.
• Solution Ownership:
  • Plan solutions, break down tasks, and manage end-to-end delivery execution.
• ETL/ELT Development:
  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for high data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  • Identify and resolve data and system issues, optimize performance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentorship:
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices and engineering standards.
• Technical Support:
  • Address complex technical challenges and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.
• BI Platform Maintenance:
  • Maintain business intelligence platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimized reporting performance.
• Data Governance:
  • Utilize Databricks Unity Catalog for robust data governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in Data & Analytics, including 5+ years with Azure data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Mode

• Initial rounds are virtual; final round is face-to-face in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon.
• May require intermittent office presence.
