Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role will be responsible for:

• Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and transforming field, sales, operational, and customer data into actionable insights.
• Overseeing data reporting, KPI tracking, performance analysis, dashboard development, and business intelligence activities.
• Collaborating with Business Development, Operations, Relationship Management, and Leadership teams to identify trends, monitor performance, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
• Ability to collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance measurement, and business reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with sales, operational, customer, or market data is an added advantage.
