Role Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data strategy, advanced analytics, and data visualization, with experience using tools such as Excel, Jotform, Power BI, and PowerPoint. This role requires attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead data strategy and analytics initiatives, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability of data across multiple systems.
• Communicate with clients via email or phone to obtain missing data or clarify discrepancies, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data sets.
• Identify and correct errors in data sets based on defined criteria.
• Perform advanced data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations using Power BI, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Analyze data workflows and recommend process automation opportunities.
• Maintain operational discipline with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through storytelling and reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
• Manage complex, multi-system data environments and deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics outputs.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Jotform, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent data after training.
• Strong knowledge of data strategy, analytics, and data governance.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical curiosity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• High level of initiative, operational discipline, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing complex multi-system data environments and delivering accurate reporting.
