Role Description
The Risk Team is responsible for building the defense layer that keeps CloudWalk, its merchants, and users safe. We keep our ecosystem healthy by tracking down malicious activity and maintaining regulatory compliance, while providing the best user experience.
- Create and operate fraud prevention processes, which involves daily analyses, KPIs control, automation opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
- Raise operation standards and come up with new ideas for improvements.
- Implement new controls and business rules, alongside an excellent team of analysts and engineers.
