Your role in our mission

• Perform posting research and payment reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with business partners to drive end-to-end resolution
• Deliver results with a high degree of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
• Support operational excellence initiatives through data and trend analysis, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement
• Maintain reporting to provide visibility into performance and check level status

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Data Analysis Experience – Proficient in analyzing data daily, identifying trends, and implementing effective solutions
• Intermediate SQL Skills – Experienced in writing and using SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow work through to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Remote within the US with occasional travel may be required
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
