Role Description

As a member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for building dashboards, reports or solutions that convey relevant data and metrics to our clients and help identify organizational needs by collecting and monitoring data points.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports and analytic solutions.
• Collaboratively work with our IT team to ensure appropriate data sources are available for reporting needs.
• Involvement in implementation of new projects.
• Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from a variety of sources including data warehouse/data lakehouse.
• Ability to extract meaningful business insights from data and identify the stories behind the patterns.
• Interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
• Optimize data strategy to support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy and spot improvement opportunities for key reports, metrics, and workflows.
• Work with department managers to create reoccurring dashboards, reports, or other BI solutions that are presented to our internal and external clients.
• Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation.
• Create curriculum for training internal and external clients in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.
• The BI Analyst must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage their workload per deadlines and have the flexibility to shift priorities with ease and professionalism.
• Develops and maintains documentation for data models, and report definitions.
• Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Experience in all stages of BI project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment).

Requirements

• Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
