[Hiring] Business Analyst, Manufacturing Solutions @Transcontinental

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst, Manufacturing solutions who will act as a strategic partner to Operations and IT teams. They will analyze business needs, optimize processes, and recommend technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and operational challenges.
• Map, optimize, and harmonize business processes.
• Define and document functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution, integration, and continuous improvement of business systems.
• Support users in solution adoption and change management.

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any other relevant manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and act as an advisor to stakeholders.
• Experience in the integration, evolution, and optimization of business systems (ERP, enterprise applications, manufacturing solutions).
• Ability to work in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Autonomy, leadership, and results-oriented mindset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
