Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at Innotech.in. • Gather and document user requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all parties stay on track and deadlines are met
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives
• Conduct user acceptance testing and closely monitor project progress, resolving any issues that arise
• Provide regular updates to management on project status and escalate any potential risks or delays
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve processes and systems
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
• Proven experience in conducting functional and technical analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
