Role Description

Business Analyst position focused on supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects.

• Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven.
• Strong experience with process mapping, evaluating current processes, designing future-state processes, and applying design thinking principles.
• Knowledge or experience with the federal budget process.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Must be articulate, clear, and concise.
• Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, adapt, and hit the ground running.
• Must be highly organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with.
• Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
