Role Description

The Business Analyst at PRO QC International will play a key role in improving our organization's functions, products, services, and software through data analysis. This role involves:

• Understanding business needs
• Assessing the impact of changes
• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Ensuring that those requirements are delivered by IT and business teams
• Assessing processes and determining requirements
• Delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders
• Staying abreast of current best practices, trends, and technology affecting business intelligence
• Integrating innovations into company processes

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business
• Developing analytical solutions to address business challenges
• Conducting analysis of functional requirements to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Contributing to the successful implementation of projects by providing input on requirements, tools, and methods
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
