Role Description

Cushman & Wakefield's Client Solutions Team seeks to provide technology-enabled solutions supporting increased operational efficiencies and enhanced occupant experiences. The Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Business Intelligence Manager’s responsibilities include:

• Data mapping
• Data assessments and analysis
• Data governance support
• POC dashboard development
• User acceptance testing
• Reporting support
• Opportunity assessments
• Tabular model support
• Workplace trend analysis
• Benchmarking analysis
• General product support for client BI platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as Alteryx
• Experience working with Databricks or modern data platforms
• Experience contributing to a BI product team or analytics platform initiative
• Exposure to commercial real estate or portfolio-level data

Benefits

• Compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
