[Hiring] BI Analyst @GT

Role Description

GT is looking for a Data Engineer (Azure) interested in building and scaling a modern data platform to support Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, and Quality/Manufacturing functions.

KD Pharma is undergoing a company-wide Data Revolution initiative led by the Global IT Director. The company is modernising its data platform and reporting landscape to establish a scalable, well-governed BI environment that supports better business decision-making.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports used across the business.
• Translate business requirements into clear, reliable and user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs, clarify requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Support day-to-day BI requests, ad-hoc reporting and ongoing reporting improvements.
• Help standardise reporting practices and improve consistency across the Power BI environment.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure reporting aligns with evolving data models and business objectives.
• Participate in defining future BI processes, reporting standards and best practices as part of the client's Data Revolution programme.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting landscape by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and optimise existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Power BI datasets, semantic models and DAX measures.
• Good understanding of data modelling principles (star schema, dimensional modelling).
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, working with relational databases, and analysing data to support reporting and business insights.
• Strong experience working with Azure cloud and services.
• Experience translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards and reports.
• Experience supporting production BI environments and working with multiple business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English level: B2–C1.
