Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Temporary Services Placement Counselor to support our domestic placement agency. This role combines recruitment and client relationship management to staff temporary domestic positions such as childcare, housekeeping, chef services, and party helpers.
- Actively source and recruit Candidates for various temporary domestic roles using job boards and our company website.
- Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs, including specific job requirements, duration, and any special qualifications requested.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates’ suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests.
- Manage and respond swiftly to short-notice staffing requests, ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available Candidates, including their skills, compliance documentation, preferences, and availability.
- Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.

- Empathetic and Personable: Genuine desire to help others and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
Salary Range
$68,640 (non negotiable)
