Role Description

Contacto telefónico con los clientes de las BBDD de diferentes concesiones en todo el territorio nacional.

Evaluación de la BBDD y, en consecuencia, concertación de citas / leads postventa y ventas concesionarios.

Qualifications

Es imprescindible experiencia previa en Telemarketing, Call Center o en funciones comerciales (venta directa, promotor/a, captador/a...)
Castellano y Catalán hablados.
Persona enfocada a la consecución de objetivos: llamadas / citas diarias.
Deseo de trabajar en una empresa con un excelente ambiente, en la que se le ayudará a lograr dichos objetivos.
Persona con espíritu dinámico y comunicativo, organizada, a la que le gusten los retos, que sea proactiva y transmita confianza.
Debe saber organizarse muy bien su trabajo y su tiempo de manera autónoma.
Clara orientación al cliente y a la calidad del servicio.
Acostumbradas/os a trabajar por objetivos y con comisiones e incentivos.

Requirements

Teletrabajo 100%.
Retribución en base a comisiones: 1.200€ / 1.500€ brutos/mes, según objetivos logrados.
Horario: Flexible, Lunes a Viernes (8 horas diarias, flexibles, entre 08:30 y 20:00 h).
Contrato como Trabajador/a Autónomo Económicamente Dependiente -TRADE-.
Formación interna inicial y continuada a cargo de la Empresa.
Excelente ambiente de trabajo y motivación constante.
