Role Description
As a Consultant on the Technical Account Management team, you are a subject matter expert (SME) in the Orgvue platform, collaborating with both customers and partners. You serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing issues within existing customer and partner solutions, or identifying opportunities to propose new solutions. Your expertise is often sought when risks are detected within an account or ongoing program.
- Conduct tenant configuration reviews
- Gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Provide configuration guidance that aligns with best practices
- Offer hands-on support when necessary
- Identify risks and find collaborative solutions
- Work closely with partner and account teams to ensure solutions deliver value over time
- Contribute to the platform’s innovation by providing feedback on market demands
Qualifications
