Role Description
As a POD Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Driver Support Representatives and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of proof of delivery documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to review and audit photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries.
- Audit and review photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.
- Verify that the photos accurately represent the delivered items and match the corresponding delivery documentation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or issues in the proof of delivery documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with Driver Support Representatives to provide feedback and assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns or disputes.
- Maintain detailed records of photo audits, including notes on discrepancies and resolutions.
- Provide suggestions and insights to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the proof of delivery process.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics, transportation, or delivery-related environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and errors in photo documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with Driver Support Representatives and provide clear feedback.
- Comfortable with using digital tools and software for photo review and documentation management.
