Role Description
Allara is looking for a Patient Concierge Agent to provide compassionate, detail-oriented support to patients navigating hormonal health conditions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of patient care.
- Interact with patients via phone, email, and in-app messaging
- Help patients schedule appointments and answer questions about services
- Relay important information between patients, providers, and the billing team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic, patient-centric support through various communication channels
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers, relaying critical information accurately
- Guide patients through scheduling, telehealth services, and general inquiries
- Communicate billing-related updates from the finance team to patients
- Offer personalized assistance to help patients navigate their care journey
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in relaying patient information
- Identify patient pain points and share insights to improve the overall experience
- Stay informed about Allara’s evolving services to provide accurate support
Qualifications
- 1.5+ years of experience in a customer support and/or patient-facing role, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a passion for helping people
- Ability to problem-solve creatively
- Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Medical reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) are a plus
- A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for confidential communications
Benefits
- 1099 Contractor role, up to 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $20 per hour
- 100% remote within the U.S.
