Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual experienced in client success or account management to join our team. This role is responsible for retaining and growing relationships with key partners within their own book-of-business, as well as playing a support role to more senior Partnership Success team members with large, strategic accounts.
- Serve as the main Pacify point of contact for all assigned Pacify accounts and manage the overall success of these partnerships.
- Manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, presenting reports, answering program questions, managing change, and facilitating regular meetings.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to ensure delivery according to the agreed upon scope and schedule.
- Project manage open items for client programs, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with company best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Utilize sound judgment in assessing client relationship health; identifying, mitigating, and resolving problems that may arise.
- Work with the Partnership Success leadership to support account growth and drive ongoing value in support of the partner's strategic objectives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Partnership Success team and organization.
- Ensure that all practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company's reputation as a high-quality solutions provider.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of client management or account management experience.
- Strong EQ - ability to read a room and adjust the message to the audience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively based on changing needs.
- An interest and understanding of healthcare with a specific interest in maternal health and Medicaid.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to design and deliver presentations and lead external calls.
- Ability to work independently without explicit direction.
- Strong team player and self-starter who thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency with Google suite and Microsoft Office suite.
