Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Travel Reservations Advisor to assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and vacation packages. In this role, you will provide expert recommendations, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while helping clients plan their dream getaways.
- Assist clients in selecting and booking travel accommodations based on their preferences and budget.
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and vacation packages.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel itineraries, and exclusive travel deals.
- Ensure booking accuracy and address any changes, cancellations, or modifications as needed.
- Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and vendor partnerships to provide the best advice.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after clients' travels.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer support is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
