Role Description

This role involves moderating user-generated content on various social media platforms, ensuring that the Nordic-speaking community enjoys a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment.

Moderate content in Nordic languages across social media platforms to ensure compliance with established community standards.
Promptly identify and respond to any inappropriate or harmful content.
Provide constructive feedback to users aimed at improving content quality and engagement.
Work collaboratively with other moderators to develop effective moderation strategies.
Document moderation activities and maintain clear records of decisions made.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.
Participate in team discussions to share insights and recommendations for better moderation.

Qualifications

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Effective communication skills with a focus on community interaction.
Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Passion for social media and a commitment to creating a positive online community.
