Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Internal IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining our internal IT help desk function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various IT systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations and security across the company.
- Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM): Set up and manage MDM solutions to secure and monitor mobile devices.
- Own and Respond to Crowdstrike: Manage and respond to security alerts and incidents using Crowdstrike.
- Asset Management: Maintain an accurate asset list, including tracking and managing company-owned PCs.
- IT Support: Provide assistance with IT issues, including software installation and troubleshooting.
- Purchase Planning: Develop and execute a purchase plan for new PCs, including Macs for developers and non-developers, and PCs for non-developers.
- Employee Onboarding and OKboarding: Manage IT onboarding and oKboarding processes for employees.
- Access Control: Implement and manage access control policies, requiring tickets and manager approval for rights assignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of MDM solutions and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with Crowdstrike and other security tools.
- Knowledge of access control policies and SSO configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
