Role Description
Nous recherchons un Maître d'hôtel (H/F) - CDI à partir de mars 2025.
- Responsable du bon déroulement du service
- Assurer une qualité d’accueil et de services personnalisés auprès de notre clientèle
- Assurer la coordination avec la cuisine
- Maîtrise de la carte et de la connaissance des produits
- Formation des équipes, chef de rang et commis de salle
- Appliquer les procédures et standards de service de l’établissement
Qualifications
- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation hôtelière
- Expérience significative d’au moins 2 années à un poste et établissement similaire
- Excellente présentation et bon relationnel
- Motivé(e), sens aigu de l’organisation et du travail en équipe
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire
