Role Description
The General Virtual Assistant will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, tracking expenses, handling communications, and coordinating orders.
- Maintain financial records, track expenses, and ensure accurate documentation using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Manage purchases, coordinate supplies, and ensure timely deliveries via Amazon, Shopify, and vendor-specific platforms.
- Respond to emails, manage inquiries, and facilitate smooth communication with stakeholders using WhatsApp, Viber, and Gmail.
- Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and other operational needs through Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with administrative tasks and business support
- Comfortable using digital tools for task management and communication
- Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role is a plus
