Role Description
This unique role is tailored for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a passion for health and wellness. In this position, you will provide essential support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and guiding them regarding e-cigarette products and related health information.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health-related queries across various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Offer accurate and clear information regarding the usage, benefits, and safety of e-cigarette products.
- Assist customers in resolving issues effectively, including troubleshooting and managing returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations, health guidelines, and product innovations.
- Collaborate closely with the health department team to ensure comprehensive understanding of products and health-related matters.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in the health or e-cigarette sectors.
- Knowledge of e-cigarette products, including an understanding of health implications, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle inquiries related to sensitive health issues with discretion and professionalism.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
