Role Description
This role involves supporting Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades.
- Join our team of Financial Services Representatives with dedicated time for growth and career development.
- Supercharge your early planning and advice career with paid training to help you get your Series 7 & 66 licenses.
- Work from home and spend one day per week in the Investor Center.
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses.
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center.
- Discover Success: Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers while building advanced skills in wealth management.
Qualifications
- High energy and enthusiasm with a natural passion for helping people.
- Flexibility and self-motivation.
- Experience in customer service (phone or in-person).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in financial services.
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
