Role Description

This role involves working as a Customer Experience Agent, where you will collaborate with clients to plan exceptional sports trips and leisure adventures across the globe.

Understand client preferences and requirements, offering expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Arrange transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and event tickets, creating comprehensive and personalized itineraries.
Use effective communication and sales skills to present exciting options, including event tickets, airline reservations, car rentals, and more.
Guide clients through the booking process, address inquiries, and ensure seamless, stress-free experiences.
Keep accurate documentation of client interactions, travel plans, and bookings.

Qualifications

Minimum Age: 18 years old.
Authorization: Ability to work in the United States.
Strong communication and customer service skills; sales experience is a plus.
Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
While a background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is helpful, no prior experience is required—we’ll provide training.
