Role Description

As a Destination Wedding Specialist, you’ll assist couples in creating unforgettable wedding experiences in stunning locations worldwide—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Guide couples in selecting and booking destination wedding venues and packages tailored to their vision and budget.
Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs.
Research, confirm, and document flights, accommodations, and wedding venue bookings, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or challenges with professionalism and care.
Recommend upgrades, excursions, or honeymoon packages to elevate the client experience.
Grow your client base through referrals, social media, and networking opportunities.
Stay updated on destination trends, travel regulations, and supplier offerings to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Confidence in recommending and selling services.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Adaptability to handle unexpected changes or challenges in planning.
No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided!

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Access to a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
Willingness to complete training and supplier certifications.
Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
