Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers in the Home Appliances Department.

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to home appliances.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers about product features and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
