In this position, you will respond to inquiries, assist with problem resolution, and ensure that our Dutch-speaking customers have a seamless experience while using our services. Your fluency in Dutch is crucial for fostering strong relationships and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Assist customers in Dutch through phone, email, and chat communications
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to clients
- Document customer inquiries and interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Educate clients on product features and best practices
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial
