Role Description
This role involves providing customer support for our international clients and partners.
- Being the front line voice and ears of our company
- Providing customer support via calls and emails
- Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and questions before booking
- Distributing requests among departments and teams
- Logging activity in CRM
Qualifications
- Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility
- Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused
- A functioning computer and microphone

- Convenient schedule: 5/2 (Monday-Friday) from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. (GMT+2) or 2/2 from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m. (GMT+2)
