Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our Tele Sales Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills to effectively sell credit cards and personal loans. This is a remote position, providing an exciting opportunity to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds while working towards achieving sales targets.

  • Engage with potential customers to promote and sell credit cards and personal loans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively and promptly.
  • Work remotely, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with the team.
  • Handle customers from various nationalities and cultures, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 1 to 2 years of prior experience in customer service, tele-sales, or similar roles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong goal orientation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in selling credit cards and personal loans is a plus.

  • Interview Process: 1 to 2 rounds
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Working Hours: General shift
