Role Description
Du bist Freelancer und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch? Dann bist du bei uns als Kundenberater Versandhandel (m/w/d) bei Avedo Antalya in Teilzeit / Vollzeit genau richtig.

Responsibilities
- telefonische Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Produkten, der Shopseite, zum Bestellprozess und zur Sendungsverfolgung
- Begleitung der Kunden durch den Bestellprozess
- kompetente und fallabschließende Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Qualitätsanforderungen des Auftraggebers
Qualifications
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Kundenorientierung
- hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit (Servicezeiten: Montag bis Sonntag: 10:00 - 03.00 Uhr türkischer Zeit)
