Betreuung von Bestandskunden in produktspezifischen und organisatorischen Fragen
Onboarding neuer Kunden und Unterstützung bei der Nutzung unserer Software
Dokumentation wichtiger Informationen in unserem CRM
Entwicklung kreativer, KI-gestützter Automatisierungslösungen
Eigeninitiative zur Optimierung der Kundenbeziehungen und des Produkterlebnisses
Erstellung von Inhalten zur Unterstützung der Kundenkommunikation
Entwicklung neuer Prozesse, Templates und Videos

Qualifications

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Client Success, Customer Experience oder Key-Account-Management
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams wäre ein Plus
Bachelorstudium im Bereich Kommunikation, Management oder Marketing erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Englische (C1) und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C2)
Optimale Informationsbereitstellung für Kunden
Transparente und empathische Kommunikation
Erfahrung mit oder für Online-Agenturen im E-Commerce Bereich

Requirements

Offen und empathisch, strukturiert, mit einer Passion für Technik und Kunden
Hands-on Arbeitsweise, hervorragend organisiert mit Fokus auf technische Automatisierungen
Bereits Erfahrung mit Google Shopping Ads
