Role Description

This role involves managing customer relationships and driving product adoption as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at EventMobi.

  • Manage a pipeline of existing customer business to drive customer retention & growth and achieve Net Revenue Retention & Account Retention Targets
  • Be the first point of contact for customers when they need help
  • Responsible for initial onboarding, strategy conversations, and building ongoing relationships with key customers
  • Drive product adoption and achieve the highest level of customer success through proactive engagement and support
  • Build long-term relationships with 60+ accounts through regular onboarding calls, training, account-level debriefs, product demos & check-in calls
  • Prospect for growth opportunities within the existing client base
  • Stay on top of active events and manage projects from conception to post-event
  • Follow the AM Daily Dashboard workflow provided in the CRM
  • Maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline forecast to be reviewed weekly with your manager
  • Actively participate and contribute to team meetings, Slack discussions & 1:1s
  • Leverage a mix of communication methods to proactively engage and grow accounts

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success or Event Management (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience working with event technology, including registration, event app, badges, AV solutions, virtual events
  • Prior experience providing in-person support or on-site services is a plus
  • A track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets through upsell and growth
  • Unbeatable listening skills
  • Extensively worked within CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
