Role Description
Brandies is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving any issues.
- Deliver exceptional service and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, where teamwork and collaboration are key.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with a focus on resolving them effectively and empathetically.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to inform and assist customers accurately.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
