Role Description

This role involves providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for Office 365 and Windows desktop issues.

Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 and Windows desktop issues.
Log and manage tickets using the Autotask ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
Assist customers over the phone with technical issues, maintaining excellent communication and service.
Create and manage user accounts, including setting up new employees with the necessary IT access.
Set up and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for end-users.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1-3 years of IT support experience, particularly in a help desk or first-line support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop systems (Windows 10 and later) for troubleshooting and support.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including user management, email troubleshooting, and access permissions.
Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Autotask) for logging and resolving IT issues.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers over the phone and via email.

Requirements

Basic experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting (nice to have).
