Role Description
Ensure customer happiness by resolving concerns through voice and chat. Create delightful experiences with each interaction.
- Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and find quick resolutions.
- Personalize interactions to build strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with your team to enhance the customer experience.
- Offer feedback to refine our service quality.
Qualifications
- 1+ Year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems is a plus.
Requirements
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
- Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
