Role Description
We are looking for a spirited, English-speaking Customer Care Specialist who's ready to dive into the exciting world of cloud communications. You don't need previous experience – just bring your energy, willingness to learn, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment. - Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns
- Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers
- Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
- Resilience under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement
- A dynamic, proactive approach, coupled with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00 - 18:00), evening (13:00 - 22:00) and night shifts (22:00 - 7:00)
Requirements
- An experience in customer service
- An experience working night shifts
