Role Description

This role involves providing customer care support for banking services.

Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support)
Provide assistance to clients with various banking card issues, including blocking and unblocking cards, as well as managing fraud-related cases
Ensure that all client concerns are addressed in a timely, professional, and accurate manner
Record and document all interactions with clients in accordance with company procedures
Offer clear and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Native or fluent in German (C1 level)
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Fluency in English (B2)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage sensitive customer information
