Role Description

This role involves working with our sales teams, vendors, materials, and clients directly. You will be responsible for:

Working with DST/BFDS clients
Quoting DRM multiple print mailings that require quick turnaround
Guiding clients through Broadridge’s various product offerings
Displaying successful time management skills and maintaining the ability to multi-task
Working with a variety of internal applications to provide clients with samples of Broadridge products
Monitoring the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures and making appropriate recommendations
Coordinating testing for process enhancements
Working collectively within a team environment while managing your own dedicated client deliverables
Maintaining a demeanor of professionalism at work and adopting Best Practices
Sharing ideas for process improvement and process efficiencies

Qualifications

Knowledge of direct marketing terminology, print, graphic, bindery, working with paper manufacturing and vendors
Proven proficiency in maintaining clients, high client satisfaction, and overall client advocacy
Strong use of MS Office suite of products
Extremely detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and excellent follow-up skills
Web Development (HTML, CSS) experience
Adobe Acrobat
