Role Description
PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional phone presence, and successful completion of a Level 2 background check.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications
- Required equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
- Able to pass a Level 2 background check
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole required
Requirements
- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Residency Requirement: Prefer candidates from Florida and Texas; individuals residing outside these states should refrain from applying
